The Revivalists

‘Still Feeling Good From Yesterday’ 2017 Tour

The Revivalists, originally from New Orleans, LA, have continually pushed the envelope in today’s music scene. Their songs are carefully crafted to resonate with many different listeners, and their live performances emit an energy that is second to none. Their style evokes elements from all of America’s rawest genres; New Orleans jazz, Memphis blues and straight up rock & roll all form the basis of The Revivalists’ sound. Despite the influence from these classic genres, however, The Revivalists bring a new energy that layers their own spin on top of our great country’s most profound musical legacies. If you have not had the opportunity to catch this fine group of musicians in action, never fear! The band just announced a lengthy tour in the first half of 2017, encompassing February through April and West Coast to East Coast. This tour has been dubbed the ‘Still Feeling Good From Yesterday’ Tour and will take them on 24 dates, encompassing 14 different states. See below for more information on the upcoming tour, as well as my photos of The Revivalists from their recent appearance at Hot August Music Festival in Cockeysville, MD.
